A Pophet's Thoughts?

Perhaps consciousness is not intrinsically bound to our bodies afterall, as most Atheists would assume. We know that everything than exists is made up of electrons, which make up atoms, which make up molecules, which make up living cells etc, etc. Suppose electrons group in other undetected ways also, which are not part of atoms. Suppose, as a person develops, so do these super-groupings of electrons which provide a base for consciousness. It would follow that when the person died, these electron communities, not being actually a part of the living cells, would not die. Hence, there would be a vehicle for a persons soul to carry on, long after death, and perhaps even find another living host to accommodate it.
